The offer
Activity 4 Charity is a brand new fundraising challenge designed for you and your staff to increase your physical activity and improve your fitness around your daily schedule at the same as raising funds for CP Sport. Research shows that 30 minutes of physical activity per day greatly reduces the risk of chronic disease and gives benefits in mental well-being, energy and motivation. So Activity 4 Charity is also a way of helping your employees be happier, healthier and more productive and to help your company to combat the estimated 180 million working days lost to sick leave.
